Customers have the option to open the shipment in the presence of the representative and can also choose to receive a partial shipment. Payment can be made in cash or through payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), or Vodafone Cash.
  2. Our branches located in Alexandria and Damietta offer customers the option to visit the branch and receive their shipment without any shipping charges within 24 hours. Customers can also try the product and open the package. Additionally, customers have the flexibility to receive a partial shipment. Payment can be made in cash or through payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) or Vodafone Cash.
  3. At aramex , we always strive to provide safety and convenience to our customers. That's why we have partnered with Aramex, despite the higher shipping costs involved. We are willing to bear a portion of the shipping expense to satisfy our customers. We offer delivery services to all regions of the country; however, the shipment cannot be opened before the recipient receives it. Payment can be made in cash or through payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), or Vodafone Cash.

In general, 99% of orders are delivered within 48 hours from the date of order confirmation with the sales representative. However, some orders may require additional time, with a maximum delivery period of 72 hours.

Working Hours And Ordering Methods

- The call center is available from 10 AM to 11 PM. However, our team may be available before 10 AM or after 11 PM based on customer request.

- The order can be made through the BinoKids application, the website, Facebook page messages, or WhatsApp. To ensure the accuracy of the customer's order, there will be a phone call between the sales representative and the customer to confirm measurements and the desired items. Afterward, the order will be prepared, and you will be notified of the expected shipping date. You can track the status of your order through the "My Orders" button.

- If there is a percentage discount, it will be applied automatically, and the discount value will be displayed instantly.

- For offers related to a specific number of items, the discount will be applied manually by the sales representative. The discount value for the order will be shown upon updating through the "My Orders" button.
